The organisation struggles to adjoin the flexibility, variety and flexibility of various operations in accordance to customers wishes. The performance objectives on that point are five performance objectives at Morrisons which are common to all operations. These include dependability, quality, flexibility, speed and cost. These objectives religious service the company to control its performance and help it achieve its goals. The quali ty of services offered at Morrisons satisfies customers needs. In addition, Morrisons operation is controlled according to its schedules. For instance, it has regular opening and closing times making customers witting of shopping hours like other stores.
